Entwickler die bereits für Windows Phone entwickeln können sich für die Windows Phone 8 SDK Preview jetzt online bewerben. Wer zu den glücklichen Bewerbern zählt und von Microsoft zugelassen wird erhält in den darauffolgenden Tagen/Wochen (?) die Software zum Download. Die Software soll dann alle notwendigen Features zum App-Test bereitstellen, allerdings noch nicht der finalen Version der Entwicklerwerkzeuge entsprechen.
